Here's her email: Get the latest, news, weather, sports and community events delivered right to your inbox! Hi Jaime. I have a tough decision ahead of me and I'm not quite sure what to do. I have been offered a job by a competing company for more money than what I make now. However, that company has a very strict dress code of business professional. The office I work in now pays less, but I can wear whatever I like to work, within reason. I love that another company respects my work, but the thought of having to buy new clothes and dress up for work gives me some anxiety. I'm just a relaxed kind of person. But then I think about more money and I'm not quite sure what to do. Hope you and your listeners can help with some good advice. Thanks so much!~ Carrie 04/28/2023: Enjoy today before the rain begins Well, I can only go from where I sit. I have a job where I'm allowed...

Dear Amy: We have lovely neighbors. They are great. We feel so lucky!I am a professional landscape designer, and just a little — uptight — about my own garden.I try not to impose my anal retentive obsessions upon others unless they are paying me to do so, but holy noxious weeds — my neighbors’ lesser celandine is taking over! This is a terrible, invasive weed that smothers other plants.Native plants and pollinators do not have a chance.I have put up a fence — the nicest one I can. That is their prerogative. They have a crew who are the worst I have ever witnessed. They whack down the whole thing to the dirt every f...
